This sounds great. I’m thinking about opening an office in Miami and have been looking for something exactly like this, but have been unable to find something within my budget.
When will it be open? If I’m looking to rent a space starting in April, when do I need to commit?

I saw that you’ve recently hosted a Poetry reading there at the loft, I hope that you’ll be having another some time soon. I’m a writer/ and spoken word artist.
